Amirabdollahian writes tweet on anniversary of Bahrain’s Revolution

Tehran (IP) - Special Assistant to the Speaker of Iran’s Parliament for International Affairs published a tweet on the occasion of the anniversary of Bahrain’s Revolution.

Iran PressIran news: In his Sunday tweet, Amirabdollahian wrote: “The continuation of systematic human rights violations, the repression of Bahrainis pursuing their minimum demands, the continued imprisonment of Sheikh Ali Salman, the democratic leader of the Al-Wefaq Society, and the execution of Bahraini youth and adolescents, in parallel with the Al Khalifa alliance with the Zionists, are just some of today’s bitter realities of Bahrain.”

 

Bahrain has been witnessing a popular uprising against the Al Khalifa regime since February 14, 2011.
