Iran Press/ Europe: Russia's Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev in a statement referring to the talks with Ankara on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, said: "Turkey and the Republic of Azerbaijan have good relations with each other, and on the other hand, Moscow considers Ankara a neighbor and a strategic partner."
Referring to the relations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, he said: "Fortunately, good and useful consultations are underway between the two countries."
Medvedev went on to point out the establishment and launch of a joint Turkish-Russian ceasefire monitoring center, stating: "This center is in fact part of the establishing public stability in the region."
Referring to the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the deputy head of the Russian Security Council said: "The situation in this region has returned to normal and one of the most important issues that can be considered is to create opportunities for development and saving lives."
