In addition to medical and pharmaceutical sciences, he was also an adept in theological, philosophic and ethical sciences. In Iran, Gorgani’s birth date is celebrated as the day of the medical laboratory.
The most important masterpiece of this famous Iranian physician is composing of a Persian-language encyclopedia called 'Zakhireye Khwarazmshahi' with 750,000 terms related to medical and laboratory science.
Laboratory science has a special place in both treatment and health sectors, especially in these corona days that the role of laboratories in diagnosing the Coronavirus is critical.
The diagnosis of many diseases is made through the laboratory. Clinical diagnosis of various diseases is one of the important tasks of laboratories.
In addition, the work in laboratories is sensitive and requires high accuracy of laboratory science experts.
