Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs said that other members of the G5+1 are now planning to compensate the US withdrawal from the internationally-recognized Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) treaty.

Iran Press/Iran news: According to the government website, Abbas Araqchi made the remarks after his meeting with Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Islamabad.

The two sides also discussed the latest status of the Iranian border guards kidnapped and taken to Pakistan.

Araqchi also appreciated Pakistan for its efforts for release of five Iranian border guards and underlined that efforts will be continued until release of other border guards. 105
