Iran Press/ Iran news: The snowfall in the earthquake-affected areas and the cold weather have caused the people of this region to face problems.
A number of people affected by the earthquake in Khoy, in a conversation with Iran Press reporter, emphasized the immediate delivery of essential needs, including heating devices and tents.
Head of Iran's National Medical Emergency Organization Jafar Miadfar, said that the Khoy earthquake has so far left three dead and 815 injured.
According to the head of Iran's emergency department, 60 victims of the Khoy earthquake are hospitalized.
An earthquake with a magnitude of five and nine on the scale of internal earth waves (Richter scale range) occurred on Saturday night in different areas of Khoy city. This natural disaster has caused damage to people's houses, personal belongings, and cars.
The people of the earthquake-affected area in Khoy city have settled in their tents and cars since last night and the authorities are trying to meet the needs of the earthquake-affected people.
Special attention to the earthquake victims in the cold of winter and continuous snowfall is expected by the people of Khoy city.
