The Syrian army targeted terrorist gathering places and centers in the Al-Rawdha area in the northern province of Raqqa.

Iran PressMiddle East: Al-Mayadin TV reported that the Syrian army had destroyed the main headquarters of terrorist groups in the area.

Syrian army forces also defused mines and explosives planted in the area.

The crisis in Syria began in 2011 with a massive offensive by Saudi-backed terrorist groups, the United States and its allies to change regional equations in favor of the Zionist regime.

The Syrian army has recently been able to close the case of the ISIS terrorist group in the country with the advisory help of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russian support.
