Iran Press/ Europe: Iran's national volleyball team defeated Canada in its fourth game in the 2021 Nations Volleyball League on Thursday with a 3-1 victory.
The victory came as Iran recorded 2 losses out of its last three games against Japan and Russia and a victory against the Netherlands team.
With the victory, Iran temporarily climbed three steps in the ranking table and stood ninth before the end of the fourth day's games.
The third edition of the VNL 2021 is held from May 28 to June 27 in Rimini, Italy.
The 16-team tournament began with a round-robin phase where each side plays 15 games.
