Settlers and opponents of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gathered in the streets of Tel Aviv to protest against his government and call for the signing of a prisoner release agreement with the Hamas movement.

Iran Press/ West Asia: The demonstrators blocked several streets in Tel Aviv on Saturday night, leading to clashes with Israeli police forces. The Zionist police responded violently to the protesters, sparking further tensions.

Some protesters resorted to lighting fires in the streets as they called for early elections and urged for the removal of Netanyahu's administration, which they accused of warmongering.

Yair Lapid, leader of the opposition to Netanyahu's government, also joined the demonstration, showing solidarity with the protesters' demands. 219
