Larijani thanks army forces for honestly aid to the people-in-flood

Iranian Parliament Speaker said we are grateful to army forces' aid in the recent flood who contributed honestly in the process.

Iran Press/Iran news: According to Iran Press News Agency, the Speaker of the parliament Ali Larijani said that army forces contributed in humanitarian aid process by all means and it is time to be grateful to them.

In the open session of the Iranian parliament (Majlis) on Tuesday, MPs voted to amend some details of the parliamentary election law and they have approved article 5 of the bill, which is led to 'annex three' referred to article 7 as below:

Parties and independent candidates can arrange their electoral list after accreditation of the candidates and declare it to the general election campaign or the election campaign of the province within 48 hours before the election advertisements start.

131 MPs voted in favor of article 5, 60 voted against, and two MPs abstained from the vote. A total of 217 MPs were present in the Majlis at the time of the vote.

Penalty determination for supervisors and presenters of the parliamentary election

Iranian MPs approved article 62 of the parliamentary election law amending the plan, which is the base for article 67 amended as below:

Not completing the duties mentioned by law for the presenters and supervisors, which has not mentioned any penalty for, leads to official misconduct and temporary breakdown from governmental services between two to six months.

In case these people are not governmental employees, they will be condemned to the level six of Islamic penalties for deprivation of social rights.104/209
