Mashhad (IP) - The first bazaar of art and culture of Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi province in northeast Iran and the city of the eighth Shia Imam's holy shrine, Imam Reza (peace be upon him), was opened to the general public.

Iran Press/Iran news: The aim of launching such a market is to introduce the Islamic-Iranian artworks to the pilgrims and foreign tourists, especially from neighbouring countries.

Thanks to the holy shrine of Imam Reza (peace be upon him), Mashhad hosts pilgrims and tourists from around the world every year, a good opportunity to introduce Iranian culture and art to the wider world.  101/211
