Masoud Soltanifar,who has traveled to Baku to attend a conference on sports and youth of Islamic countries called for expansion of cooperation between them.
He also said we should do more to solve problems faced by young people in Islamic countries. Soltanifar said we will look at issues and problems relating to young people , and will use expert opinion and advice to solve them.
Baku hosted the fourth OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) Conference of Youth and Sports Ministers on 18 April.
About 40 delegations representing OIC countries, youth and sport ministers, chairpersons of state agencies and committees, as well as leading international organizations are expected to take part in the two-day event.
The fourth OIC Conference of Youth and Sports Ministers was held by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports with co-organizers: The Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation (ICYF-DC), The Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF), and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC ) .
