Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman has provided detailed clarifications regarding the country's 14-point peace plan, emphasizing that the proposal is exclusively conditioned on ending the ongoing war.

Speaking to Iran's IRIB news network, Baghaei rejected media speculation about the 14-point plan, stating that claims circulating in the media with regard to nuclear issues are not accurate.

"The other issues being raised are partly related to past negotiations with the United States. The current 14-point Iranian plan is focused solely on ending the war," Baghaei explained. "At this phase, we have no nuclear negotiations."

He confirmed that the Americans have delivered their response to Iran's 14-point plan to the Pakistani side, and Tehran is currently reviewing it.

Baghaei dismissed reports suggesting that Iran has committed to sweeping mines in the Strait of Hormuz, calling such claims "media fantasies." He also clarified that no nuclear issue is included in Iran's plan for ending the war.

According to the spokesman, the proposed framework is based on an initial halt to conflicts, followed by 30 days for reviewing the details.

He reiterated that Iran fundamentally does not accept negotiations under ultimatums or imposed deadlines, stressing that field power and pressure tools are considered the main backing for implementing any agreement.
