Sarajevo (IP)- Iran's men's national sitting volleyball team won the gold medal for the eighth time in the eighth edition of the World Sitting Volleyball Championship in Sarajevo.

Iran PressEurope: Iran's national men's sitting volleyball team won Friday night against its long-time rival, Bosnia-Herzegovina's men's sitting volleyball team, with a spectacular performance. Iran's men's national sitting volleyball team defeated the host of the 8th World Sitting Volleyball Championship with a score of 26:24, 32:30, and 25:12.

Iran's men's sitting volleyball team and Bosnia and Herzegovina's men's sitting volleyball team have qualified for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games as the top two teams of the 8th World Sitting Volleyball Championship in Sarajevo.

The 8th edition of the World Sitting Volleyball Championship was held in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, with the participation of 16 teams in the men's division and 13 teams in the women's division.
