News sources reported an explosion on the Iraq-Syria border on Wednesday morning.

Iran PressMiddle East: Al-Sumaria News of Iraq reported that several explosions were heard in the border region of Iraq and Syria.

Sabereen News Telegram channel also reported that at least four explosions occurred on the border strip in the Qa'im region of Iraq and fighters and helicopters were seen flying on the border strip.

According to the report, the positions of the resistance forces on the border between Iraq and Syria have been targeted by drone attacks.

Sabereen News Telegram channel has attributed these attacks to the United States.

Some Iraqi media reported that a logistics convoy was targeted by an airstrike after crossing the Al-Qa'im border crossing in Iraq and entering the territory of Syria.

Sabereen News channel has reported that 25 people had been killed in the airstrike.

According to Sabereen News, an unnamed US official has confirmed the air strike in Syria. But there is no reference to the party that carried out the attack.

Iraqi or Syrian officials have not yet reacted to the incident.
