Vienna (IP) - Russia's permanent representative to international organizations based in Vienna emphasized the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) restoration will be achieved in the second part of November.

Iran PressEurope: In this tweet, Mikhail Ulyanov retweeted the comments of Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov about the Vienna talks and wrote: "In my humble opinion the goal of JCPOA restoration will be achieved in the second part of November. There is no excuse for derailing the nuclear deal."

Meanwhile, Ryabkov tweeted: "As before, we believe that restoration of JCPOA is in the interest of all & can contribute to enhancing regional security."

In the continuation of threats and diplomacy with its pressure, the Biden administration claimed that if diplomacy fails, they are ready to use other means.

The talks to salvage the agreement kicked off in Vienna in April last year, months after US President Joe Biden succeeded Donald Trump, with the intention of examining Washington’s seriousness in rejoining the deal and removing anti-Iran sanctions.

Despite notable progress, the US indecisiveness and procrastination caused multiple interruptions in the marathon talks.
