Kashmir (IP) - An unveiling ceremony for a book on Kashmiri Shia Muslims was held in Kashmir in the presence of the Indian representative of the Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution.

Iran PressAsia: The book named "History of Shia Muslims in Kashmir" was unveiled in Srinagar on Saturday in the presence of Mehdi Mahdavipour, the representative of the Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. The event started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, and a large number of people, including Youssef Jameel, the senior journalist of Kashmir. Various religious scholars were present in this event as well. The author of the book "History of Shia Muslims in Kashmir" is Hakim Imtiaz Hussain.
