Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Monday that 53 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 140,368.

 

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to April 04, 2022, 7,171,165 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,890,768 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 3,519 cases, of whom 450 patients were hospitalized.

1,591 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 49,658,476 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 36 cities are red, 59 are orange, 295 are yellow and 58 are blue zones.

So far, 63,965,637 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 56,954,468 have received the second dose, 26,315,325 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 147,235,430 doses.
