Tehran (IP) – Deputy for International Affairs of Iran's Judiciary and Secretary-General of Human Rights Office says pursuing terrorism and sanctions are on the agenda.

Iran PressIran News: In an interview with Iran Press, Kazem Gharibabadi stated that terrorism and terror victims would be pursued bilaterally and multilaterally in international forums, and Iran would plan a coherent program in this regard.

Referring to the assassination of Lt Gen Qasem Soleimani, Gharibabadi pointed that Iran and Iraq have formed a 'Joint Investigation Committee' to pursue the case.

"The Iraqi government has been asked to convene the first meeting of the 'Joint Investigation Committee' as soon as possible so that we can identify and prosecute the perpetrators of these crimes and bring them to justice," he added.

"MKO terror group case and their crimes are being investigated not only by the judiciary but also by Iraq, the international communities, and European countries," Gharibabadi insisted.
