An unidentified FIFA official has been busted apparently stealing a piece of World Cup history in an incredibly ballsy heist right from underneath Vladimir Putin’s nose.
France might have beaten the appropriate teams to earn themselves the World Cup trophy and World Cup winners' medals individually, but one person decided not to go through all the hassle of becoming a professional footballer to earn the accolade, she just seemingly just stole one for herself by being in the right place.

But either there were too many medals for men, or one female official wanted her own special memento from what was a fantastic tournament out in Russia.
The World Cup final couldn't have been more an appropriate conclusion to the tournament: it was full of drama, controversy, lots of goals, open play - and lots of VAR.
World Cup medals are worth a ton of money, and there are plenty of people out there who would pay to have an authentic one.
That's not all though. The man beside her? That's FIFA president, Gianni Infantino and yes, she just had a little chat with Russian President Vladimir Putin while stuffing the medal away.
We may have just found the bravest person in the world.
