Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that in the past 24 hours, 200 COVID-19 patients had succumbed to death, bringing the total death toll to 76,633.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to May 15, 2021, a number of 2,691,352 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,210,851 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 7,723 cases, out of whom 1,282  patients were hospitalized.

5,396 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 17,882,461 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

The total number of COVID-19 patients in the country reached 2,739,875.

According to the latest analysis, 3  cities are red, 262 are orange, and 183 are yellow zones.

So far, 1,756,095 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, and 352,624 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 2,108,721 doses.
