Searchers have found the black box from Aseman Airlines passenger plane almost two weeks after it crashed in a mountainous region in the south of the country.
Director for Rublic Relations of Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) Reza Jafarzadeh on Sunday confirmed the reports of finding the black box.
The black box was delivered to the judiciary authorities, Jafarzadeh added, 'After legal procedures it will be sent back to the Civil Aviation Organization.'
The Iran Aseman Airlines plane with 59 passengers and six crew members was flying from Tehran to Yasouj at on February 18, but after 55 minutes it disappeared from radar about 14 kilometers from Yasouj Airport and all on board were killed.
