The Iranian Interior Minister arrived at the Police Lines alongside Pakistan's Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, where he received a warm welcome upon reaching the parade ground.
A special contingent of the Islamabad Police presented a guard of honor to the visiting minister, while the national anthems of Pakistan and Iran were played.
Accompanied by Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, Minister Momeni inspected the police parade and appreciated the professionalism, discipline, and operational capabilities of the Islamabad Police personnel.
The Iranian Interior Minister also distributed awards to police officers who demonstrated outstanding performance in the line of duty.
Inspector General of Islamabad Police Ali Nasir Rizvi, along with senior police officials, was also present on the occasion.
