This initiative, organized by the World Service of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), seeks to challenge Western media narratives and highlight Iran’s resilience in defeding its terriorial integrity and soverignty.
The big picture:
Israeli regime bombed IRIB on June 16 in a criminal act. With the aim of exposing the crimes of the occupying regime against the media and infrastructure of Iran, the Sobh Media Center invited foreign journalists from different countries such as the U.S., England, Spain, Germany, Canada, Brazil, Algeria, and Lebanon to visit the places attacked by the Zionist regime in Tehran within the framework of an event titled "Condemning Terrorism Against the Media."
Key notes:
- The event will begin on Thursday, July 16 and will last for four days.
- Foreign journalists, along with their domestic counterparts, will witness firsthand the devastation caused by the recent 12-day Israeli attacks and will have the opportunity to give documented reports to a global audience.
- The program aims to honor media martyrs and produce independent narratives of the Iranian nation’s strength and solidarity against the Israeli aggression.
