Moscow (IP): Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tweeted on Tuesday about the achievements of his visit to Russia.

Iran PressEurope: Talking about the results of his visit to Russia, Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote he delivered "an important message to President Putin" during his visit to Moscow.

Zarif also wrote that he held "extensive talks with Foreign Minister Lavrov on bilateral cooperation" and "regional/global coordination". 

He then referred to the "identical views" between Iran and Russia on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) as well as the "need to uphold international law", adding that it was agreed to conclude a long-term comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement.

Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Russia on Tuesday to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin as well as his Russian counterpart.

In addition to delivering the message of Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani to Vladimir Putin, Zarif discussed Iran's nuclear deal, regional developments and bilateral matters with Lavrov.
