Iran’s men’s Kabaddi team defeated UK 57 to 27 on Monday, registering two consecutive victories in on-going in the 2020 World Championship in Pakistan.

Iran PressAsia: The Iranian team had also defeated Sierra Leone on Sunday.

The tournament will continue for eight days in the city of Lahore, the capital of Punjab, Pakistan.

National men's teams of Iran, Pakistan, Germany, Canada, England, India, Kenya, Australia, Azerbaijan and Sierra Leone have participated in the competition.

The Iranian national team will face off against Germany and India on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.
