Tehran (IP) - Iranian judiciary spokesman at a press conference warned that Human rights is nothing but a so-called claim in the Western countries.

Iran Press/Iran News: Iranian judiciary spokesman Gholam Hossein Esmaeili at a press conference on Tuesday stressed that some of those countries which pretend to care for the human rights are after suing those who are trying to help their fellow countrymen through humanitarian aides, reported Iran Press.

Esmaili went on to explain further that the humanitarian aid would include submitting the airliner  spare parts to Iran or providing Iran with the necessary drug items.

The Judiciary Spokesman said that such moves prove that human rights is nothing but a so-called claim in the Western countries especially in the United States of America.

Esmaeili further explained that some of these people who have been charged with such items are sent to the United States based on its request and this is not with the congruity of the international law principles for within that frame work if any criminal action (although they are not criminal and they are humanitarian in essence) has taken a place, or the place where the person is arrested, the cases have been been dealt with in the very same location.

However, he highlighted that some European countries are fully obedient towards the US hegemonic system that they have no will and this will be to their detriment.

Finally, Gholam Hossein Esmaeili concluded that Iran's Foreign Ministry will be doing the follow-up procedures and the prosecutor office will also play a helpful role and provide further assistance.

Easmaili's remarks came as he was answering Iran Press correspondent' s questions at a press conference on Tuesday.
