Pro-unity Islamic institutions foil divisive movements: Senior cleric
Tehran (IP) - An Iranian senior cleric said that takfiris are failed in the world of Islam through the resistance that has beaten the terrorist movements by proximity activities and unity-oriented institutions.
Iran Press/Iran news: Secretary-general of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, attended a conference held on the 29th anniversary of the prominent Islamic unity center and related activities and achievements during the past three decades in Iran.
Speaking to Iran Press on the sideline of this conference, he hailed the Iranian nation over resistance against sanctions and bringing honor to the Islamic Republic in different arenas. The cleric appreciated the organizations supporting Islamic unity activities in Iran and across the world.
Takfiri movement has failed and convergence is the domineering context Ayatollah Mohsen Araki said adding, "Islamic Unity Conference 2019 is an announcement of victory for the resistance movement, Islamic solidarity and the Islamic Republic of Iran against Takfiri movements across the world.”
Ayatollah Araki warned of the Hebrew-Arabic-Western trio endeavoring to promote Takfir in the world of Islam and added, "Expanding hostility among Islamic denominations is on the agenda of this movement through the divisive approach." 101/219
