Iran Press/ Iran news: Iraqi Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein, who arrived in Tehran on Tuesday to meet with Iranian officials, held a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
In this meeting, bilateral relations and the latest regional and international developments were examined and consulted.
During the visit, the Iraqi Foreign Minister is expected to present an invitation letter to senior Iranian officials to attend the Baghdad International Conference.
In recent days, some Arab media outlets have announced that Iraq will invite the Iranian president to attend an international meeting in Baghdad.
Iraq is scheduled to hold an international summit with some regional and Western countries later this month.
