Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's Majlis speaker, Ali Larijani warned about some regional countries' deceptive measures which are aimed at provoking misunderstanding and sowing discord among nations.
According to Iran Press, Larijani emphasized the strengthening of the unity between the Shias and Sunnis, saying "One of the good points is the peaceful and friendly life of Shias with Sunnis in Jask, Hormozgan Province in the south of Iran, and this was a key point recommended by Imam Khomeini since the beginning of Islamic Revolution, and this unity should not be neglected under any condition."
Larijani made the remarks on Wednesday among the people of Jask in Hormozgan province.
"If reconciliation is formed among the people of different sects and ethnicity, development and hope are formed in the country," he added.
Referring to the investment capacities of Hormozgan Province and Makran beach, he added that promoting Makran beach is a strategic approach in Iran’s 6th Development Plan.
He said that meeting provincial trade officials to discuss the economic capacities and issues and participating in the opening ceremony of some developmental projects are among his itinerary.
Ali Larijani is visiting Hormozgan province to take part in the administrative councils of the province’s capital Bandar Abbas and eastern city of Jask and also inaugurate some projects. 101/ 211 / 203
