Iran Press/ Europe: Festival Series Mania is an international film event wherein TV series from around the world are registered. In the recent event, 400 series were registered out of which 8 series were judged in the international section.
Directed by Nima Javidi, Actor is a TV series produced in the private section in Iran; it is the first time such a series is accepted at the French festival and won its international award.
Iran's Actor competed with series from the US, France, Spain, Japan, and other countries which are the products of major networks such as Apple TV Plus, Arte, Hulu, Paramount, and Prime Video.
