Tehran (IP) - Vice President for Science and Technology, Sorena Sattari has said there are many areas in science and technology where Iran and China can collaborate with one another.

Iran PressIran news: In an interview with Iran Press, Sorena Sattari answered questions about the achievements of his trip to China. 

On the achievements of his trip to China, Sattari said: "China, like Iran, has made significant growth in technology. I think there are many areas for collaboration in the new sciences, such as artificial intelligence, especially in the field of ICT and technologies based on 5G."

"China is the world's leading 5G power, and it is also so strong in nanotechnology, biotechnology, aerospace engineering," VP said.

The Vice President for Science and Technology stressed: "The modern sciences field is one of the areas where we are keen to cooperate and collaborate with China, and we have reached a good understanding with the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, of course, we have been cooperating with China specifically for about 4 years and the previous agreements signed by the two countries have also been fully implemented," .

Sattari went on to say: "The number of Iranian students studying in China has increased and the number of Chinese students who come to Iran to study has also increased, God willing, more good news is on its way". 207/211
