Iran Press/Iran news: Writing on Twitter on Thursday upon returning to the country from Geneva, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that after years of the devastating war, the path to rule of law have begun, thanks to Astana Peace Process.

He added that it's a "difficult road ahead," but there is no other alternative.

Iran's Foreign Minister went to Geneve to meet his Russian, Turkish counterparts and had a trilateral meeting with his Russian and Turkish counterparts, as foreign ministers of the states in the Astana Process.

He also held talks with the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Syria Geir O. Pedersen on Tuesday night and had a separate meeting with the Deputy Foreign Minister of Switzerland Pascale Baeriswyl in Geneva on the issue of bilateral relations, regional issues and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

The formation of the Constitutional Committee is the result of the continued efforts of the Islamic Republic of Iran and other partners in the Astana Process.
