Iran Press/Iran news: Iranian MPs on Sunday morning voted to introduce the latest state-of-the-art technology into Iran's successful car manufacturing industry, tasking the ministry of Industry Mines and Trade to introduce the latest car manufacturing technology with the help of a number of top world auto-makers.
According to an Iran News report, Out of a total of 244 MPs present for the vote in the Majlis, 188 voted in favour of introducing the latest technology, 7 voted against, and five MPs abstained from voting. The new legislation is designed to further upgrade and revamp Iran's modern auto-manufacturing industry.211/213
