Tehran (IP) - The spokesman of Iran's judiciary said that with the order of the head of the judiciary to release the people who had been arrested in the recent riots, 1,200 people were released.

Iran PressIran News: Masoud Setayeshi, in his press conference held on Tuesday, added that of course, these people were not the leaders of the riots and those leaders will be dealt with.

Setayeshi stated that the judiciary is sensitive to any bloodshed in the recent riots and emphasized that the justice system will pursue the causes of the deaths of 200 people in the recent riots.

The spokesman of the judicial system added that the head of the judicial branch, thanks to Islamic kindness and amnesty, ordered the release of people who did not commit major violations in the recent riots and returned to their families with remorse.

He said that the separatist media introduce rioters as protesters and encourage violent actions to disrupt the security of Iranian citizens.

Iran pursues Marty Soleymani's case

The Spokesman of Iran's Judiciary said that the case of the assassination of Martyr Soleimani is being pursued from both criminal and legal aspects.

Masoud Seyateshi further said that this case is being investigated in the special court of international affairs in Tehran and the final ruling is being issued.
