Iran Press/ Iran news: In response to Iran Press, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said that Arbaeen March portrays the unity among Muslims and Islamic resistance.

Today, Safar 20, September 17, is the occasion of Arbaeen, the 40th day after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions in Karbala.
In Iraq, millions of pilgrims flocked to the holy city of Karbala on Arbaeen to mark the occasion, the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), the third Shia Imam, after undertaking an 80-km walk between the holy cities of Najaf and Karbala.
Also, other groups of people in Iran started their rally from Imam Hussain (AS) Sq. in the middle of Iran toward Abdul Azim Hassani Shrine, south of Tehran.
