Tehran (IP)- The number of people who died in floods in the Imamzadeh Dawood, in the suburb of Tehran in the northwest, has reached eight.

Iran PressIran news:  A landslide caused by heavy rains on Thursday killed at least eight people in Tehran, Iranian state media reported, and as many as 19 people were reported missing.

The incident happened around 1:30 am Tehran local time on Thursday morning, and rescue and medical teams were immediately dispatched to save the trapped people in the area.

In the incident, eight cars and many cattle were swept away by the flood, and houses were damaged. Residents were warned to evacuate their homes and be aware of the danger.
