Iran Press/ Iran News: Iranian oil minister Javad Owji attended Mehr Abad Airport to welcome Russian President Vladimir Putin.
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin arrived in Tehran on Tuesday evening to attend the 7th round of the Astana Summit and meet with Iranian officials.
Earlier in the day, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution received Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan after Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi officially received his Turkish counterpart at Sa’dabad.
The seventh summit meeting of Astana peace process guarantors will be held in the presence of presidents of the three countries - Iran, Russia, and Turkey – in the Iranian capital of Tehran on Tuesday evening.
Last month, the countries participating in the Astana peace negotiations had stressed that Syria’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity should be respected.
