Tehran (IP)- My administration supports the development of exports, especially by the private sector, and strategies for involving the private sector and its requirements should be examined and implemented, said Iran's president in a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture.

Iran PressIran news: The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture was held with the President taking part, in which the most critical economic issues, strategies, and obstacles to the effective involvement of the private sector in the country's economy were reviewed.

 Iran's President, Ebrahim Raisi, emphasized the involvement of the private sector in the country's economy and said, "Strategies for involving the private sector and its requirements should be examined and implemented."

The President stated that the basis of the government's economic decisions is the correctness of policies and decisions, adding, "Political reasons and group considerations should not influence these decisions or prevent decisions from being made."

Stating that the government supports the development of exports, especially by the private sector, Raisi said, "The participation of the private sector in the completion of semi-finished projects is the plan of the Popular Administration, and I assure the private sector that it will enjoy the government's support."

The President stated, "The growth of the country's economy depends on the investment of large state-owned companies, non-governmental public institutions and headquarters, private sector investors and foreign investment, but private sector investment in this area can have the most important role and the most impact."

In this meeting, the board members of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture of the country, announced their readiness to cooperate with the government in various dimensions and areas and support the government's important policies and programs in the field of economic reform.

The members of the Board of Directors of the Iran Chamber also stressed the need for cooperation between the Chamber in shaping the future of the country's economy and stated that they are ready to participate in the completion of semi-finished projects and create at least one million jobs.
