Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 38 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 140,315.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to April 03, 2022, 7,167,646 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,886,942 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 1,275 cases, of whom 215 patients were hospitalized.

1,667 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 49,598,193 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 36 cities are red, 59 are orange, 295 are Yellow and 58 are zones.

So far, 63,946,854 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 56,924,402 have received the second dose, 26,277,855 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 147,149,111 doses.
