Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 203 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 137,267.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to March 02, 2022, 7,066,975 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,678,078 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 6,234 cases, of whom 1,272 patients were hospitalized.

4,066 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 47,415,942 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 184 cities are red, 187 are orange, 76 are yellow zones and 1 is the red zone.

So far, 62,930,147 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 55,553,147 have received the second dose, 23,356,372 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 141,839,666 doses.
