Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Monday that 207 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 136,838.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 28, 2022, 7,051,429 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,552,188 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 10,962 cases, of whom 1,821 patients were hospitalized.

3,952 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 47,252,235 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 184 cities are red, 187 are orange, 76 are Yellow, and 1 are blue zones.

So far, 62,844,117 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 55,486,457 have received the second dose, 23,196,256 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 141,526,830 doses.
