Tehran (IP) - The third congress of the National Olympic and Paralympic Academy (NOPA) kicked off in a ceremony attended by Iranian sports officials at the Enqhelab Sports Complex in Tehran.

Iran PressIran News: The opening ceremony was attended by Reza Salehi-Amiri and Keykavous Saeidi, Chairman and Secretary-General of the National Olympic Committee of Iran.

Speaking at the ceremony, Reza Salehi-Amiri said that the articles that will be presented at the conference should be provided in the form of books so that the sports scientific centers could use them.

The third congress of the National Olympic and Paralympic Academy (NOPA) kicked off on January 16 and will continue for two days. The congress has six sessions entitled "Sports Management in the Olympic Movement," "Optimizing the Performance of Elite Athletes," "Injury Prevention Considerations," "Values ​​in the Olympic Movement," "Reviewing the Performance of Champions at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics from a Psychological Perspective" and "Paralympic Movement, Medicine and Classification in Paralympic Athletes."
