Tehran (IP) - The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, Major General Hossein Salami, said: "Iran, while confronting the coronavirus, was also involved in sanctions, military threats, psychological warfare, economic blockade and even drought, and the enemy was trying to destroy Iran with the corona."

Iran PressIran news: "Early in the outbreak of the disease, the enemy claimed that Iran would surrender to the corona, but it did not happen," said the military official, who spoke at a conference honoring those involved in Soleimani's national mobilization plan to fight the Corona.

 He especially thanked the medical staff and said: "Soleimani's plan was successful in the fight against the corona."

"Every physician and nurse who saves a human life has saved all of humanity," he said.
