Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 125 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 128,167.

Iran PressIran news:  According to definitive laboratory findings, a total number of 6,037,718 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,695,949 of the infected people recovered. 

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 6,143 cases, out of whom 904 patients were hospitalized. 

3,510 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU). 

So far, 37,038,991 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran. 

According to the latest analysis, 26 cities are red, 87 are orange, 222 are yellow, and 113 are blue zones. 

So far, 55,732,066 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 42,193,734 have received the second dose, and 514,790 have injected their third dose, with the total number of vaccines injected in the country reaching 98,440,590 doses.
