Tehran(IP): Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance considered the common Persian language to be the cause of deep ties between Iran and Tajikistan.

Iran PressIran news: Mohammad Mahdi Ismaili, Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance wrote on his Twitter account on Sunday: "The development of cultural relations is a great achievement of the President of Iran during his (3-day) visit to Tajikistan."

Iranian and Tajik officials signed eight documents of cooperation in various fields in the Tajikistan capital of Dushanbe.

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran added: "Today, the common Persian language is a fertile tree that has deep roots and strong trunk between Iran and Tajikistan."
