Iran Emphasizes Cultural Diplomacy to Bolster Turkey Relations

Iran’s Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Abbas Salehi, emphasized that cultural initiatives should be the top priority in the longstanding relationship between Iran and Turkey. Speaking upon his arrival in Ankara, Salehi outlined plans for the “Year of Cultural Exchange” between the two countries, including programs highlighting Persian literature and music.
