Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Saturday, August 7, 2021, that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 387 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 93,473.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to August 07, 2021, 4,119,110 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 3,515,263 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 26,439 cases, out of whom 3,705 patients were hospitalized.

6,375 COVID-19 patients are in Intensive Care Units (ICU).

So far, 26,399,374 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 336 cities are red, 84 are orange, and 28 are yellow zones.

So far, 12,125,829 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 3,007,981 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 15,133,810 doses.
