Iran COVID update: 458 victims in 24 hours

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Friday that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 458 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 93,086.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to the latest data, the total number of COVID-19 patients reached 4,092,671, of which 3,492,468 have recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 34,913 cases, out of whom 4,381 patients were hospitalized.

6,279 COVID-19 patients are in Intensive Care Units (ICU). So far, 26,305,528 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 285 cities are red, 110 are orange, and 53 are yellow zones.

So far, 11,765,528 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 2,970,669 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 14,736,197 doses.
