Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 112 patients had died of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 83,329.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to June 23, 2021, 3,128,395 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,784,014 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 11,059 cases, out of whom 1,299 patients were hospitalized.

3,236 COVID-19 patients are in Intensive Care Units (ICU).

So far, 22,821,277 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 22 cities are red, 175 are orange, and 251 are yellow zones.

So far, 4,407,385 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 1,021,619 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 5,429,004 doses.
