Shanghai (IP): The Center for Joint Cooperation between China and Iran Industries was inaugurated.

Iran PressIran news: The inauguration ceremony of the Joint Cooperation Center for Small and Medium Industries of China and Iran and signing a memorandum of cooperation between the Shanghai International Association of Small and Medium Industries and the Organization of Small Industries and Industrial Towns of Iran, was held in Shanghai in a virtual format on Monday night.

In this ceremony, which was held in the presence of the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran and China, Ramazan Parvaz, the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Shanghai, at the ceremony of signing a memorandum of cooperation and operation of the center, said: “Civilizations with a history of several thousand years and dynamic ancient cultures have always influenced not only the peripheral and regional regions but also the process of the international system and throughout history, especially since the Silk Road era dating back to 2,000 years ago have enjoyed good relations. These relations have left their effects on the culture and trade relations between the two countries."

He added: "In the past, the Silk Road was not only a symbol and expression of trade relations between the two countries but also a sign of bilateral public relations, the effects of which have remained on the cultural interactions between the two countries."

"In the past, Iran was considered for its special geopolitical position in West Asia and the junction between Asia and Europe. Today, it is still of strategic importance in the context of a one-belt-one road," he added.
